Description

Hot Hot Chinese Food in Malleshwaram is one of the older and best places for chinese food in Malleshwaram. Kumar started this famous street joint 18 years ago and is still going strong with the same menu and in the same location! Sometimes called Kumar's Gobi Manchurian instead of Hot Hot Chinese Food, this is a favourite with both - old timers as well as students from the nearby colleges. "I used to cook at Kasturi TV channel. They used to air a program called Kitchen Khiladi. I was very interested in it and it made me wonder if I could start something of my own," he says when asked about the history of Hot Hot Chinese. The entire concept is very innovative. Kumar drives his auto to the designated spot every evening around 5 PM. His team and he spend 30 mins cleaning everything up and setting up the cooking space and ingredients. Once ready, he dishes out Gobi Manchurian, Mushroom Manchurian, Gobi Chilly and Paneer Manchurian all of which have people queuing up around his auto.
