Daal vada, Aloo chaap (Bonda)
Medu vada, Mirchi Bhajji, Bhajji, Banana Bhajji
Hollappa's Bhajji in Bellandur serves crispy bajjis. Any South Indian would feel a pull towards this typical blue Bhajji cart as the smell and the sound of the frying Bhajjis touches something primal in them. Hollappa started this stall in 2011, after quitting his job in a restaurant in Bangalore as he felt it would be more satisfying to start a business of his own. He is originally from a village in Karnataka, Murudeshwar and came to Bangalore in 1993, looking for work. The customers and demand for his dishes makes him happy. Sharan has been working at the stall along with Hollappa since 2014. Hollappa also owns a restaurant in Devarbisanahalli (near the passport office) called Suryodaya (veg and non-veg), which is run by his brother. The Dal vada and Aloo chaap are of great demand and worth a try.

- The cart gets most crowded at around 7 pm and it varies depending on the weather, the demand being higher during rains.
- Hollappa's personal favourite is Banana Bhajji and he recommends it.
